How do I choose the right size?

Our small packing cube set is best for small garments like underwear, accessories, swimwear, tanks, t-shirts and shorts.

Our medium packing cube set is best for bigger, chunkier items like trousers, jeans, dresses, shirts and sweaters.

How do I clean my Pastael packing cubes?

If you wish to wash your packing cubes after use, we reccomend hand washing the cubes in lukewarm water. Once clean, lay the packing cube flat and allow it to air dry.

For stains, use a clean white towel dampened with warm water to gently wipe the stain in circular motions until it begins to fade. Lay the packing cube flat and allow it to air dry. If the stain persists, mix a small amount of mild hand-wash laundry detergent with the warm water before wiping.

The product I want is out of stock. How often do you restock?

SHIPPING POLICY

When can I expect my order to arrive?

We expect to ship all orders placed by 3pm Monday-Friday same day or by the next business day at the latest. We do not ship orders on UK bank holidays or weekends.

UK orders take 1-3 business days to arrive after being fulfilled. 

EU orders take 5-8 business days to arrive after being fulfilled. 

ROW/US orders take 7-10 business days to arrive after being fulfilled.

My package was damaged in transit. What do I do?

If your product has arrived faulty, damaged, or otherwise unusable, please send photos and describe the problem via email to us at hello@pastael.co.uk

We will be happy to figure out a solution to the problem.

How long will delivery take? Is my package lost?

UK orders take 1-3 business days to arrive after being fulfilled. 

EU orders take 5-8 business days to arrive after being fulfilled. 

ROW + Norway (USA temporarily unavailable) orders take 7-10 business days to arrive after fulfilled.

All orders are shipped tracked. 

Please feel free to contact us if you did not receive shipping confirmation, a tracking number or if tracking is not working. If you feel your order is stuck or lost, please also contact us at hello@pastael.co.uk

If your package is labelled as "Delivered" and you have not received it, please contact your local post office.

RETURNS

My item was returned to sender?

Any item that is returned to our partners warehouse as "Return To Sender", "Undeliverable", "Incomplete address", "Unclaimed" or "Refused" will automatically be refunded, minus the shipping costs, and the item will be processed back in stock.

Can I Return An Item?

All Return requests must be made within 30 days of the shipment Delivery Date.

Items must be in original/unwashed/unworn condition to be eligible for a refund. Unless it is being returned due to a production defect, we can not offer a refund for your original shipping costs. We are also not responsible for exchange/return shipping costs incurred.

Please email us at hello@pastael.co.uk for any returns or exchanges BEFORE sending your order back. Please share your order number and the reason for returning within the email. Include a note requesting a new size or refund for the item(s) and your order ID.

ORDERING QUESTIONS

My order has arrived but it’s not as I expected. What can I do?

In the rare event that your order arrives damaged or faulty, please take photos of the product in question and email us at hello@pastael.co.uk.

If you don’t wish to keep the product for any reason, we’ll gladly accept it back as a return, providing it’s in “as new” condition, unused, unwahed or unworn, in its original packaging with all labels attached.

Unless it is being returned due to a production defect, we can not offer a refund for your original shipping costs. We are also not responsible for exchange/return shipping costs incurred.

When will I be charged for my order?

All orders will be charged at the time of purchase. “PASTAEL" will appear on your statement description.
