All return/exchange requests must be made within 30 days of the shipment delivery date.
Items must be in original/unwashed/unworn condition to be eligible for a refund. Unless it is being returned due to a production defect, we cannot offer a refund for your original shipping costs. We are not responsible for exchange/return shipping costs incurred.

What fits inside the Everything Case?
Designed as an all-in-one organizer, it features soft padded walls, internal elastic loops, and pockets. It easily holds skincare bottles, makeup, chargers, hair accessories, stationery, or medicines.
Do the jewellery inserts come included?
The case comes standard with soft-padded walls and elastic dividers. The custom Jewellery Inserts, designed to safely hold rings, earrings, and necklaces, are available as an optional add-on at checkout.
Will the case get damaged when packed with other items?
The Everything Case is made for travel! The exterior fabric is made from splash- and scratch-resistant recycled polyester, so it can withstand being thrown around in your bag.
Can the internal dividers be removed or rearranged?
The internal dividers are fully removable and can be rearranged to suit the items you’re carrying, giving you the flexibility to customise the space inside your Everything Case.
